Warranty Policy

Limited Product Warranty

For Adventure Boil-Grill Product - a product of EnergiTek ApS

 

WHO IS COVERED?

The warranty service provided by EnergiTek ApS is limited and non-transferable. It applies to the original end user purchaser of EnergiTek only. An original paid receipt from the purchase on adventure-grill.dk is required as proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty service.

WHAT IS COVERED?

EnergiTek ApS (“EnergiTek”) warrants that Adventure Boil-Grill product (the “Product”) has no defects in workmanship and materials, and it functions as it should be under normal use and proper maintenance for a period of one (01) year from the original purchasing date (“Limited Warranty Period”).

EnergiTek only warrants the Products that are purchased directly from https://adventure-grill.dk for personal use purposes only. Any other products that are not purchased from EnergiTek are NOT eligible for our warranty service (see more details about “what is not covered” in the limited warranty policy below).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

EnergiTek does not provide limited warranty service for any damages or malfunctions arising from:

-        normal wear and tear of Product use,

-        natural color changing of materials after many uses,

-        misuse,

-        lack of care,

-        mishandling,

-        accident,

-        abuse or other abnormal use including but not limiting to the use of the Product for purposes other than its designed purposes,

-        damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance. Product that has been modified or altered without permission (in written form) of EnergiTek ApS.

-        any product that is not manufactured by EnergiTek (including, without limitation, any non-EnergiTek product that is used in connection with the Product)

-       any other products that are not purchased from adventure-grill.dk

MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Warranty claims must be made directly to EnergiTek by mailing to support@adventure-grill.dk with the subject “Warranty Claim – Order number”, in which the defects of the product should be described in detail (in English, Vietnamese or Danish languages). At the same time, a registration for a warranty service must be made using the form below.

All returned Products must be returned within the Limited Warranty Period. You must include the original receipt of your purchase, which is issued by EnergiTek through adventure-grill.dk, when you return the product. Returns without an original receipt will not be accepted.

Once EnergiTek receives your returned Product, EnergiTek will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 working days) to determine whether the returned Product is eligible for this limited warranty. 

If EnergiTek finds no defects with your returned Product or EnergiTek determines that the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, EnergiTek will contact you to inform you of that. We may ship the Product back to you but we, under any circumstances, do not cover the shipping cost relating to this case.

If EnergiTek determines that there is a defect in the Product, EnergiTek will decide either repair or replace your defective Product. EnergiTek bears the expenses for repairing/ replacing the defective product, depending on which solution we choose.

In the case of replacement, EnergiTek can only send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style to the returned product, depending on which is available in our stock. EnergiTek is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit from your address to EnergiTek. We recommend that you ship your returned products to EnergiTek via a traceable shipment method. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage. EnergiTek can pay for the shipping cost when we ship the repaired product/ or the replacement product to you. We update the status of the warranty process to you directly via email during the warranty process.

You can register your warranty service by filling in this form and submitting it directly to EnergiTek. Remember to send us an email with the subject "Warranty Claim – Order number”, in which you describe the defects of your product in detail, so we can evaluate your case. The evaluation process takes 7-10 working days.
