Return and Refund

At Energitek you always have the right to return your purchase and may get a refund. In case you would like to return your order, please send an email to our support team via email address: support@adventure-grill.dk with "RETURN REQUEST - ORDER#" in the subject line.

If your order is eligible for return and refund, we'll contact you by email and send you detailed instructions on how to ship your order back to our warehouse!

Notices: Returns are only available for private customers that purchased directly from adventure-grill.dk on unused products. If you have used the Products and then regret the purchase, we cannot refund you.

Single items from bundled purchases cannot be returned individually. If you purchased a bundle or a kit from adventure-grill.dk, that whole bundle needs to be returned in full.

You can request a return within 14 days of the order being delivered, and you have another 14 days to ship the item back to us. Products must be unused with the packaging, manuals and any accessories and included with the return shipment. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or return. Any used products or missing items will also result in the return being declined.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. In case you wish to make an exchange, you may make a separate order for the desired product before or after we refund the returned items. EnergiTek does not cover the shipping costs for return. Items returned without paid shipping or postage will be rejected.
